- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple, the first class is free. After that classes are $30 per hour. This is a very reasonable price and quite competitive. Our classes are not free because students tend to lose motivation if classes are free. Believe us, we learned from experience. If you pay for a class you show you are more determined to succeed and learn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send me an email or call me. 2. We discuss what your needs are and if we think we can help you. 3. We set up a 30 minute free class. 4. You decide if you would like to continue. 5. We discuss how many classes you would like and send you an invoice. 6. We schedule your classes and you begin to learn.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I are both retired Spanish and ESL teachers. I am a native English speaker with years of experience teaching ESL and Spanish. My husband is a native Spanish teacher with years of teaching Spanish and ESL. We both have tutored for over six years over SKYPE. Our travels around the world help us understand the process of learning a language.
