Several gutters were cleaned then screens added. Cleaned up some roofing and scrubbed decking. Jeff gave me a fair bid and he and his team showed up on time and were finished in a timely manner. Jeff was very pleasant and polite. I highly recommend him. I will be calling on outShine again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very simple pricing and estimating form. Once we see the site and ask alot of questions, we prepare our estimate and go over all aspects of the work to be done with the owner. Only when it is approved by the owner will we start work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite, free estimates. It's difficult to provide a solid estimate without seeing the property and talking with the customer. We stand behind our estimates 100% and have never added "hidden or unexpected costs" once the job is completed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up in a family of clean freaks. We see the need for our passion for clean and honest communications and enjoy seeing the difference we make with people's properties. Before and after photos are always taken and really can show a job well done. Many of our customers come back to us every year and many have become friends.
