OnPoint Custom Decks in one word, OUTSTANDING. After researching and talking to many deck companies in the greater Portland/Vancouver area, I decided to go with OnPoint for our backyard deck project based on their prompt and professional response as well as their reasonable estimate, and I was not disappointed. The owner, Paul, was very responsive to all of my questions and comments throughout the entire process from start to finish. The two-man crew (Luigi and Emmanual) who did the actual construction of the deck showed up on-time every day, worked extremely hard, and were extremely knowledgeable providing me with multiple updates on the status of the deck throughout the project. I would also mention that the owner, Paul, came out to the site each day to check on the progress of the deck. The final product, a 250-square-foot ground-level composite deck with attached decorative trellis, came out better than expected and looks amazing. I would highly recommend OnPoint Custom Decks to anyone looking to build a deck

Onpoint Custom Deck & Fences was great to work with from start to finish. Paul called me back the same day and came out the next day for a quote. His was the most reasonably priced quote that we had received for the project, while providing us with a high quality solution.. The job was scheduled and finished in less than two weeks.The craftsman who installed the railing did an excellent job in workmanship -- the railing is solid, well-built, and looks beautiful on our deck. The whole process from the first call to the finished railing was quick, smooth, and stress-free.On the back of Paul's business card it says "Our focus is to put our passion into every project and approach each of them as if they were our own". I say thank you to Paul and his crew -- we felt that this job was done with integrity and care as if it was their own.This was not as large a job as many, and yet they treated us so well! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive company who does high quality work at a good price.
