I would highly recommend Adam/Top Ranked Home Repair. From start to finish, Adam was an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on the progress of our project. On top of that, he was very fairly priced, provided high quality work AND with met projected timelines at every juncture. I contacted Adam to open up my master bathroom ceiling to search for a roof leak that we could not identify. The ceiling was water damaged and getting moldy. Adam accepted the project and was completely professional about it in every way. He sealed up the room with visqueen and always kept the area clean. He had the area tested and cleaned out all the mold. He worked with the roofing company to find the leak and after the roofing company fixed it Adam put the room back together with final paint and texture as if nothing happened. He always very clearly communicated what he was doing and when he was going to do it. He coordinated getting all the materials that were needed. Prices were very fair and reasonable. If you have a well defined project contact Adam, he is going to get busier and won't be dealing with owners who don't know what they want or have a lot of changes. I hope to work with him for some remodeling in the future. Five stars for sure.
