I contacted Adam to open up my master bathroom ceiling to search for a roof leak that we could not identify. The ceiling was water damaged and getting moldy. Adam accepted the project and was completely professional about it in every way.
He sealed up the room with visqueen and always kept the area clean. He had the area tested and cleaned out all the mold. He worked with the roofing company to find the leak and after the roofing company fixed it Adam put the room back together with final paint and texture as if nothing happened.
He always very clearly communicated what he was doing and when he was going to do it. He coordinated getting all the materials that were needed. Prices were very fair and reasonable.
If you have a well defined project contact Adam, he is going to get busier and won't be dealing with owners who don't know what they want or have a lot of changes. I hope to work with him for some remodeling in the future. Five stars for sure.
Adam is the real deal and was so helpful in helping us reconfigure our original 1918 kitchen built-in. Not only did he retain the character of old, but he modernized it with a great looking butcher block countertop and was always on time, at a reasonable rate and was so easy to work with. Will definitely be using him for other projects in the future!

Adam Rank maintains my rental property as well as my home. Not only is he a skilled carpenter and handyman, he is easy to talk to and very dependable. He seems to have my best interest in mind, letting me know when maintenance is due and/or ways to get it done efficiently with the least expense. The range of his skill is impressive, from complete kitchen remodelling to hardscaping. I can't recommend him enough!

I will meet you at the project and give you a free estimate prior to agreeing on a start date. From there we will work out the details.
