Introduction: Youth Program: Dancing Half Moon Studios offers both individual lessons and Rock Band Classes for children 8yrs through High School. Individual lessons are for the highly motivated student who wants to learn Piano, Violin, Guitar/Bass, Ukulele, Voice/Songwriting. Our Rock Band classes feature either individual lessons paired with a group rehearsal once a month or individual lessons with one group rehearsal. Students learn how to play appropriate rhythm and lead parts in a rock band setting based on their instrument or how to carry a song vocally. The group works on performance techniques to ensure onstage success and confidence. Adult Programs: Our adult programs feature individual lessons for adults from beginning through advanced techniques on Piano, Guitar/Bass, Voice/Songwriting, Ukulele and Violin. Artists Development: We also offer artist development program preparing youth 13 years through adults who are interested in a career in the music industry. We work on vocal/instrumental techniques, stage presence, marketing and branding your music, songwriting, set list construction and more! This program will help artists get on their way in the music industry, gain a fan base and get experience which will greatly increase their chances of success in the industry. Both Kimberly and her husband Leon have worked in the music industry for many years. It is always a pleasure helping young performers find their way in music. Music is a lifelong gift that many take into adulthood. It's a pleasure being a part of that process for our young musicians. We've had the pleasure of helping many artists in the music industry and enjoy watching their successes. It's always with great pride that we know we helped them to establish the basics to get well on their way to achieving their goals and dreams.
