First introducing myself, and finding out more about the customers problem with their computer. Then I take a look at it and diagnose the problem. At that point we talk about a plan of action on what parts need to be bought, and when I can come back to fix it.

Our goal is to make sure that we check if a computer is in warranty, and to make we give them the quote first. So they can decide if we are the right fit for their computer services. We pride ourselves on making sure our customers feel comfortable with our computer services that they come back again.
