First introducing myself, and finding out more about the customers problem with their computer. Then I take a look at it and diagnose the problem. At that point we talk about a plan of action on what parts need to be bought, and when I can come back to fix it.

Our goal is to make sure that we check if a computer is in warranty, and to make we give them the quote first. So they can decide if we are the right fit for their computer services.
