Excellent craftsmanship & great customer service!!! I am absolutely thrilled with their installation of my gorgeous, sparkly quartz kitchen countertops and undermount sink. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish; they made it look like a new kitchen. Nan quickly replied to my Thumbtack inquiries, and provided in-person estimate within 24hrs. He took precise measurements, provided great suggestions on colors and backsplash, sink options and was spot-on with all of it with the outcome. The countertops are stunning, the colors, the backsplash height he suggested, all turned out stunning. He truly strived for an almost completely seamless look & defied my expectations. He was able to schedule me within a week of first contact and complete the demo & install in 1 day! The demo of old tile countertops and installation process was seamless. They treated my home and property with care, beginning to end and did a good job cleaning up. The team was punctual, professional, and highly skilled. They worked efficiently and ensured that everything was perfectly aligned and finished with attention to detail. It was clear they took great pride in their work. They made sure everything was set up and double-checked everything before leaving; all appliances reinstalled, disposal and sink plumbing working properly. They even came back the same day to adjust and ensure that the new sink wasn't leaking. In addition to the excellent installation, the customer service was top-notch. Nan was communicative, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I reached out for a quote to his responsiveness to numerous questions, to how quickly he was able to schedule and the follow-up after installation. Their follow-through was outstanding, making sure I was fully satisfied with the end result. He also went above and beyond to check a crawlspace leak and make recommendations and referral to a plumber. Overall, I highly recommend the Stony Construction team for countertops. Great quality, smooth installation, and exceptional customer service make for an experience I won’t forget. I’m beyond thrilled with my kitchen makeover & look forward to working with him in the future whether countertops or flooring.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rough quote is most of the time the final quote. We don’t add any additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firs I would like to talk with the customer and see what he want. Then for giving him a quote I need some rough measurements and the color of the material that he likes. If he doesn’t know the color, I will give him some warehouses to visit where he can see the options. After the quote I will come in person and take the final dimensions and start the fabricated process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work for the last 3 years exclusively with countertops. We did lots of commercial jobs
