Joe was prompt in responding and arrived at the scheduled time. He did an excellent job installing our garbage disposal (where one was not previously installed). He left the area clean and hauled off the old pipes, etc. We highly recommend Joe and will use him again for any plumbing needs.

We had a issue with out garbage disposal. We know nothing about the disposals or how they work. We could have easily been taken advantage of. Instead Mr Paschall took the time and explained how the disposal works and fixed the problem. He also explained how to troubleshoot and fix in the future. Highly recommend Hometown Services.

I hired Joe to add a separate shower head in the primary bathroom. Joe was awesome!! I got 3 bids for my plumbing job and he was a little lower than a major plumbing company in Salem and a lot lower than a remodel company. Joe was always on time and always responded to questions quickly. He is very professional and friendly. I was doing another project in a separate room and asked his advice several times, he took time to explain things and give me ideas for my other projects. I will use his services in the future when I have home repairs that are above my abilities for sure.
