Had a great experience with Nicholas from Mr. Rooter. Very thorough in explaining all of my options and went above and beyond to find discontinued parts for me! He answered all of my questions about many concerns I had with different areas in my house. Installed a new faucet and fixed my tub spout and both are working great! Would not hesitate to hire again at all.

What a wonderful company and Jeremy Hicks is an excellent representative and plumber! Jeremy showed up, figured out the situation, gave options without pressure, and then completed the project in a timely manner. The new toilet is beautiful and working great! Jeremy installed our heat pump water heater smoothly as planned.
