Mr. Rooter was able to come same day and I was only able to call around 1:40pm.My technician, Atreyu Sondergaard was here within the 1hr window, which they offered.Introduced himself at the front door, put on boot covers, asked more about my problem and got right to work. What a great addition to your team. Even though it might have been the worst blockage he'd ever seen. It didn't deter Atreyu.We just had to figure out how to proceed. With determination and patience Atreyu was finally able to get things running again.We turned on all the faucets to flush it completely before he showed me the final video all the way to the sewer.Thank you for you service and for such a great team members.

We called on Christmas Eve and Garrett was on site within the hour. Very impressive.He assessed the blockage gave us 3 options to clear the blockage.He performed the work, asked if i wanted to watch the camera twice and explained what i was looking at very clearly so I could understand what I was looking at. Garret is well trained,knowleable and respresented Mr. Rooter with proffesionalism.You should very proud to have him on your service team.I work in similar industry and would be proud to have Garrett on our team.

Had a great experience with Nicholas from Mr. Rooter. Very thorough in explaining all of my options and went above and beyond to find discontinued parts for me! He answered all of my questions about many concerns I had with different areas in my house. Installed a new faucet and fixed my tub spout and both are working great! Would not hesitate to hire again at all.

Parker arrived right on time. He asked me questions first and then was very clear with his explanation of how and what he would be doing. Mr. Rooter had been to my house last year for the same problem. It was clear that Parker had reviewed the prior call notes and discussed the best way to resolve it. After he had the blockage cleared he gave me suggestions about a potential fix as well as measures we could do to keep the clog from recurring.Great job for a not so fun problem. Parker is a great representative for Mr. Rooter!!!!

We had a pretty bad main-line clog that happened on a weekend (of course). Our house is relatively older, and we have 3 total main-line drains that empty into our septic system. The "old" one is the one that clogged. We tried to clear it ourselves, but were unsuccessful.I made a call to Mr. Rooter on a Saturday afternoon, and after going through the AI-powered voice scheduler (a bit weird), I had a scheduled call with Levi on Sunday. He came out and had the issue cleared relatively quickly. That was obviously a great thing.What I truly appreciated was Levi was a kind and professional person. He explained things very easily so I could understand what was going on, what he was going to do, and what he did. He presented options afterwards for remedies if something like this happened again in the future. He also was very respectful of our property.I will call Mr. Rooter again if we need services like this again. And I highly, highly recommend them for any plumbing-related services. The quality of work you will likely get most places, but the personal touch and professionalism is something I rarely find these days, and Mr. Rooter and Levi brought it.
