Highly do not recommend this company and would never do business with them again. For starters, the serviceman was six hours late showing up to an appointment. We had two issues needing to be fixed and neither of them were fixed. In fact, one issue is in worse shape than when he started. We called them to let them know the situation and was told they would be back that afternoon. They never returned. After a month of trying to get a resolution, the issue is still not resolved. When we spoke with their company, we were hung up on multiple times and we were being kind. When we finally got to speak with the owner, he said he would look at the invoice and get back to us three weeks later and no response. The owner wasnt even upset about the lack of customer service or professionalism displayed by his staff. Safe yourself grief and avoid this company - use someone that is a great plumbing business and takes customer service seriously.
