- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per square footage. The first clean will be more.. for example a 2500 square footage house will be $375.00 for the first clean(.15 cents per squarefoot) . regular clean is based on your budget and what you need each time. for example if you only want to spend $100 every 2 weeks I will tell you want I can do with $100 ect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning at the age of 19 years old, I worked for a cleaning company for 5 years. During those 5 years I did alot of reading and research of how to manage a cleaning company. I then decided to move forward with my company. I started with one client and then she recommended me to another client, and in 2 years I was able to do house cleaning full time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers . every day is a learning experience.
