First of all, you expect a “handy man” to show up with a tool box, not a plastic bag with tools in it. When you pay x amount of money for a simple job such as installing a $30 faucet,- you don’t need to provide paper towels and garbage bag to dispose all ( just my opinion), since you pay 2 hour wages charge for 40 min labor. Giving 5star only because it got done correctly! Would I recommend using the same person? Language could be a bit of a barrier, but overall he is knowledgeable ( at least on my simple project). He is considered, polite and quiet.
