Our project included installation of flashing by a new roof plus cleaning and repairing a brick walkway and entry. I am so pleased with the work that Mark did! He is skilled at what he does and everything came out great. In addition, he is an excellent communicator and follows through on what he promises. Finally, I feel that his charge was very reasonable. I would hire Mark again.

We feel so lucky to have found Mark!We hired Mark to evaluate and repair chimney-related masonry on our 50+ year-old quadplex after our roofers flagged it as a concern ahead of our re-roofing project. Mark seamlessly coordinated his work both before and after the roofingand even managed access complications, like coordinating removal of an awning. He was collaborative, flexible, and professional throughout.He showed up when he said he would, worked hard, communicated clearly, and truly knew what he was doing. His craftsmanship was precise, his attention to detail was excellent, and he left everything spotless when the job was done.He had custom metalwork done, which he integrated expertly to get a superior flashing in an area that was in need of better roof water channeling. Expertly done- and not expensive. Mark knew exactly what to do!Mark even voluntarily adjusted his invoice to better reflect the final scope of workan honest and generous move that says a lot about his integrity.Hes the kind of professional everyone wishes for. Mark is a fantastic communicator, technically sharp (hes an engineer, which shows), and genuinely nice.
