We are a full service Mold Removal and remediation company. Anywhere from Air testing to water damage mold related restoration work. We also offer microbial cleaning as well as duct cleaning and attic insulation removal and replacement. We specialize in our non toxic, non invasive all inclusive dry fogging system which destroys mold spores and bacteria on a molecular level. Our dry fog is an EPA approved sterilant. It is approved for food contact and won’t harm paper materials or electronics. All people and pets have to be out of the home during treatment but in most cases can be back in your home within 1 hour of is being done. *******************************

Highly recommend their service!
We had moisture damage from an unknown source. They were able to restore and remediate within a reasonable timeframe. They also determined where the water was entering the walls and took steps to prevent future damage. With the exception of a few communication hiccups, all employees were very communicative throughout the process. They also replaced our 'past its prime' toilet as part of the rebuild which we greatly appreciate!

Jason was very professional and friendly as was his crew that managed to get the job done right at the stated time of completion even with 4 kids trying to get in the way. After nearly half a year I am now able to park my vehicle in my 2 car garage and all it took was Jason providing a detailed explanation of the support beams, the post that was in the way, and a fix that would not only meet my planned budget but exceed expectations.
I also had them build an anchored fire place mantle and their suggestions and knowledge led to a more efficient and child friendly setup which we love and fits the home much better than the older mantle that nearly took my son's life.
Jason and crew took care of everything asked of them promptly, quality work, a professional attitude, and were very punctual with the work completed as was stated in the agreement. I will definitely be hiring them for larger remodels in the future and highly recommend Total Residential as they will listen to your concerns and your wants and provide options that like in my case were less expensive but did the job better than expected.

We bid most jobs but our hourly cleaning bills out at a straight $30 per hour and our crews for handyman services bill out at $90 for two man crew or $120 for 3 with a minimum $150 service call fee which covers the first hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Create a relationship, find exactly what it is that the customer is looking for and offer suggestions and resolutions that will best fit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of residential contracting and real estate improvement experience not to mention hundreds of vast hours of experience in relation to employees and subcontractors and consultants.
