I would highly NOT recommend hiring SBCoating. I had a concrete basement that I wanted to have epoxied. Initially they seemed fairly professional, but once the project started they repeatedly told me they’d show up and just wouldn’t, no communication until I reached out. This happened 4 times. Additionally, they initially told me it would take 4-5 days and it ended up taking 13, not because they were doing extra hours of work but because they were repeatedly just not showing up to do the work. It required a vast amount of compromise for us to not use our basement (we had our washer dryer down there, cat room, I had an art show in my house that I needed the project done before, etc.) and they knew that, and it felt especially disrespectful that they didn’t adhere to the deadline or really even try. There were a few agreed-upon things in the quote that they didn’t do and didn’t tell me about until I specifically asked, which was very shady. And, Ben asked for the final payment before the work finished because he was strapped for cash— to me that’s a major red flag.

Highly recommend Ben if you need indoor flooring done. The quality of work is excellent, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. They are professional, show up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Had a good experience with SB restoration company. They showed up on time, communicated well, and the work turned out really solid. Nothing felt rushed and they handled any small issues quickly. I’d definitely recommend them.
