Our old house (built in 1919) had a crack in the foundation and had sunk about 4 inches on one side. We had Ram Jack stabilize and lift the house back (on that side) about 2 inches - as much as we could handle without potential structural damage. I was pretty nervous at the start, especially after having 5 different companies assess our foundation and give different advice. The whole Ram Jack team team was very informative and responsive to my concerns as I'd heard nightmare stories about other companies who had lifted houses (cracked walls, foundation, broken windows, etc.).Shout-outs to:- Chris who answered a lot of my (worst-case-scenario) questions and even had an engineer come out to review the place early in the process- Alison and Chelsea for keeping me informed throughout the whole process/project timeline- Ryan who managed the project- And all the guys who did the physical work to the property (Deon, Daniel, and more)
