They communicated arrival time and the work details. The person who arrived was very professional, super nice and customer friendly. She offered to clean one of the windows for free to see if the marks I couldn’t get cleaned myself will be gone and really took the time to make sure I’m happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and scope of each project. I provide upfront estimates so you know the cost before any work begins. Discounts may be available when bundling multiple services, such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof treatment, or pressure washing. A minimum service charge may apply to smaller projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple. Most estimates can be provided from a few photos and some basic information about the project. Once we agree on the scope and price, we’ll find a time that works for your schedule. On the day of service, I’ll go over the project with you, complete the work as agreed, and make sure you’re happy with the results before wrapping up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from years of hands-on experience in the exterior cleaning industry. I’ve developed and refined professional techniques for window cleaning, roof treatments, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing, with a strong focus on safety, proper equipment use, and protecting the surfaces I’m working on. I’m always continuing to learn and improve my methods so I can provide the best possible results for my customers.
