- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $50.00 per hour for work brought to our door or $55.00 per hour for hour calls/ pickup&delivery. We will always provide an estimate and will never charge more than that estimate until we have spoken with the customer. If parts are required to enact a repair the customer will first be advised and given the opportunity to have us purchase the components or not. Estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our customer, determine their needs and identify one or more of our services or solutions that can help them. If we're unable to provide the necessary service or solution we'll work with them to find someone who can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to take at least 10 hours of continuing education in their fields of practice. We also offer financial assistance to our employees to help them train for and acquire new certifications.
