I must admit that I was an awful client. Situations arose requiring me to delay, then cancel. I had special requests beyond the typical routine. I even arrived seven minutes late. My problem was physical damage so I needed replacement instead of repair. He showed me everything I need to know to order the part and replace it myself. Not only was I not charged for the half hour of troubleshooting and tutoring, the tip offered at the end was politely refused. Clearly Caseware is chasing repeat business via exceptional customer service. They've caught mine.

Casey replaced a hard drive for us, backed up our data and reinstalled everything when done. He was great to work with, he was very professional and super nice. Casey gave us options for how we wanted the work performed, picked up the laptop at our house, kept us up-to-date with the repairs and delivered it back to us when done. He installed spyware and virus software and cleaned the laptop for us, at no charge. I also have complete faith in Casey to keep our data secure. The price was very reasonable, about a third of what local repair shops were asking. I tried two other local computer repair firms before finding Casey, the first company never returned e-mails or phone calls and the second company was locked up tight when we tried to drop off the laptop late morning. Casey responded to our request for a quote within a few hours and his final price was less than the quote. Casey was a pleasure to work with and I will call him for any future computer assistance we need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $50.00 per hour for work brought to our door or $55.00 per hour for hour calls/ pickup&delivery. We will always provide an estimate and will never charge more than that estimate until we have spoken with the customer. If parts are required to enact a repair the customer will first be advised and given the opportunity to have us purchase the components or not. Estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our customer, determine their needs and identify one or more of our services or solutions that can help them. If we're unable to provide the necessary service or solution we'll work with them to find someone who can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to take at least 10 hours of continuing education in their fields of practice. We also offer financial assistance to our employees to help them train for and acquire new certifications.
