- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any project accepted requires a non-refundable deposit to begin sourcing materials. Any jobs paid with check or cash receives a 5% discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial in-person visit is much preferred for sizable projects unless it just isn't possible. I believe that setting an understanding of work ethic and character is best done in person as well as understanding the scope and vision of the project. Once the understanding is made between both parties what is expected then I get to work so that clients can relax. All questions asked are answered and any hurdles are promptly discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction both commercial and residential for over 7 years now full time as well as having been raised in the environment. Trained in heavy machinery, excavation, hardscapes, framing, roofing.
