Julia is a true professional. She worked as an independent contractor for my company for 3.5 years and I would hire her back in a heart beat. Anyone who wants to work with someone who walks the walk and talks the talk would be fortunate to have her as a trainer and coach.

I am a huge fan of Julia Greenfield. She knows her stuff inside and out. The one thing that impresses me most is that she can make a workout routine work for everyone. Currently, I am 110 pounds overweight, but I can workout along side of a marathon runner and you would not see much of a difference in our workouts. If you have an injury or something doesn't feel quite right Julia will help you master the movement or modify it for your needs. The other huge difference is that Julia truly cares about your success, You are not a number or a member you are a person. I can not wait to see where I am in a years time. Julia is amazing! She is there to help & support you in any way she can. I have lost about 30 lbs since starting her boot camp class a few months ago. I now have better stamina and strength and just finished the warrior dash with a pretty good time :) Hands down would recommend her she knows how to kick your butt! Thanks Julia for everything you have done for me and continue to do! Words can't say how much I appreciate it!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are $60 per training session. If I see someone in real need of help that cannot afford these rates in any way, price then become negotiable. I do not want someone to miss out on getting help over money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Absolutely! It is required that I complete 60 continuing education credits every three years.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I helped a client lose over 200 lbs in less than 2 years.
