Introduction: I am a survivor of the potentially devastating effects of Crohn's disease. Through yoga and ayurveda or holistic natural medicine, I have enjoyed the last 10 years drug-free after 15 years of pain, suffering, and prescription drugs (including 5 years of chemo).
My focus is to teach people how to take complete control of their health and to practice mindfulness so that they understand the needs of their body and mind, in order to achieve positive health and wellness.
