- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts to the Elderly and Military Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process depends upon the amount of services a customer requires. For the basics we will communicate via email, phone, text, or here through thumbtack first to gather details about the job. If the job is large we may schedule a walkthrough to ascertain what size truck may be needed as well as to get a better idea of what kind of labor hours and prices we may be looking at. Next is getting things booked and a deposit paid by the customer to secure their time slot. When moving day comes around we work quickly and efficiently to get all moving labor needs completed in a timely and safe manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the moving industry for the past 10 years. I decided to start up my own business a bit over 4 years ago. Since then we've completed all kinds of jobs, from local to long distance moves (across the US), packing/unpacking assistance, post-move clean ups, property clean ups, junk removal, and more. We always aim for the highest for our customers. The goal is to take the weight of moving stress off their shoulders.
