- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work that needs to be done, and any potential discounts will depend on the size and complexity of the project. We also include a fee for materials and labor, as well as any additional fees that may be associated with the project. We pride ourselves on being transparent and upfront about our pricing so that our customers can make an informed decision. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has decided to move forward with the project, I like to schedule an initial meeting to discuss the project in detail. During this meeting, I will ask questions to get a better understanding of your needs, style, budget, timeline, and any other preferences. I will also take this opportunity to review any plans or drawings that may have already been drawn up, as well as take measurements of the space if needed. After this initial discussion, I will then move forward with creating a detailed proposal, which will include a breakdown of the materials and labor costs associated with the project. If you are happy with the proposal, I will then create a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, and timeline for the project. Once the contract is signed, I will then move forward with ordering materials and scheduling the work to begin. Throughout the project, I will keep you and other relevant parties informed of the progress and adjust the timeline and scope of work as needed. Upon completion of the project, I will also perform a walkthrough to ensure that everything meets your expectations. I understand that remodeling projects can be stressful, so we strive to make it as simple, transparent, and straightforward as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home improvement contractor with over 10 years of experience in bathroom remodeling and home improvements. I have extensive knowledge of the materials and techniques used in construction, and I am comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment. Additionally, I have a thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
