I had just a couple of small jobs -- install a bathroom cabinet and hang a heavy mirror -- but Jim got them done quickly at a very reasonable cost, and gave me tips on a few loose ends to finish up. I will definitely call him again for some bigger projects.

Jim at Beaverstate Construction was excellent and I will be using him again! He was prompt, has great communication, did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it and he's honest to boot! I was ready and willing to pay several hundred dollars for a new fan light combo to be installed in one of my rental bathrooms but Jim saved me a ton of money by figuring out it was the ($15) switch that needed to be replaced and not the fan motor. He was able to fix the exterior vinyl soffits that had blown off in a storm and install a 2 story light fixture for me also. I am so happy to have finally found a contractor that will be able to help me work on my rental properties. I know, he doesn't seem real but he is!

Professional, courteous and timely service. This contractor did not try to price gouge. We received estimates from various contractors that quoted substantially higher costs. Will definitely use again.

Jim was so easy to work with. He was quick to respond, got the job done fast and at a great rate. We've worked with a number of contractors over the years and he was the best! We'd use Beaver Sate construction again in a heartbeat.
