Contractor did a great job. Project completed in time frame that I was originally given. There were no added expenses beyond original bid as the project was completed despite a few problems along the way. Was able to trouble shoot issues as they came up without any delays in building my project. Experienced an issue in home unrelated to the build he was hired for and contractor quickly addressed and resolved this issue for me as well. Contractor and crew are always cheerful and polite. Good communication. Kept me informed of any changes in plans due to weather and/or his arrival times. Arrived on time each time he was expected in my home. Well worth the money. Thanks Jim and crew!

Jim at Beaverstate Construction was excellent and I will be using him again! He was prompt, has great communication, did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it and he's honest to boot! I was ready and willing to pay several hundred dollars for a new fan light combo to be installed in one of my rental bathrooms but Jim saved me a ton of money by figuring out it was the ($15) switch that needed to be replaced and not the fan motor. He was able to fix the exterior vinyl soffits that had blown off in a storm and install a 2 story light fixture for me also. I am so happy to have finally found a contractor that will be able to help me work on my rental properties. I know, he doesn't seem real but he is!

I had just a couple of small jobs -- install a bathroom cabinet and hang a heavy mirror -- but Jim got them done quickly at a very reasonable cost, and gave me tips on a few loose ends to finish up. I will definitely call him again for some bigger projects.
