Hello my name is Josh and i am providing Roof moss Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning Services. This is a Side job for me that I like doing and helping people out while earning some extra cash, I started this side job so I can save money to take my daughters/family to Disneyland and other fun adventures in the future. I aim to provide customers with the best service and knowledge I can by cleaning your gutters and down spouts spotless and making sure they are not clogged. I also clean the bulk of the moss off of your roof’s shingles by hand while preserving the life of your shingles and then use a chemical soft wash cleaner to kill what little moss may be hiding and to prevent future moss from growing, also as a second measure I put down moss powder on the ridges of your roof. I can only work on single and two story roof’s that are walkable, 7/12 pitch or less is what steepness of roofs I can clean. I do have a second story aluminum ladder so I can clean two story house/building’s gutters out with ease. Also I have tie-off gear so if your roof is a steep second story house but has anchors and can’t use tall aluminum ladder I can use my tie-off gear to clean out your gutters. But please for roof/moss cleanings make sure I can walk on your roof before you try and hire me. Also other services I can provide are re-seal your gutters if they are leaking or to prevent future leaks. Clean the face/outside of the gutters and down spouts. Also Clean roof skylights glass/frame. If you have the old style gutters with spike and farro I can replace the spikes with long screws so your gutters won’t ever become detached from your roof/fasica. I also can install Gutter Guards on your gutters to keep leaves and debris out of them. I have past experience cleaning roofs and gutters and installing gutter systems when I used to work for a gutter company. All my roof cleaning prices include all gutter’s/down spouts cleaned also with the roof cleaning. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to working with you.

Josh responded to my roof maintenance request very fast. He gave me a good price quote and was at my house within 4 house to try and beat the rain. He quickly went up his ladder and crawled on to the roof of my house AND my tall shed like spider man. It started hailing, then loud thunder, then a down pour rain for a few minutes right after he got up, but that didn’t stop him, he just put a rain coat on and continued working with a smile! He is a great guy, very polite, and professional, and communicates very well, he worked hard, non stop for 2 hours. He discovered many things on my roof that needed repair or sealing that the last roof guy didn’t mention. Josh showed me the photos first, explained why the repair or seal was needed, and completed it fast, giving me a price quote first before addition work was done. He blew my tool shed pavers clean…just because it needed it. He also blew my wood shed roof shingles and moss powdered it without me even asking. He considerately brought the empty moss cans down with him instead of throwing them down on my deck and damaging the wood, like the last guy did. He’s the best maintenance guy I ever hired and of course will hire him again, he’s cute too! LOL- 10 stars!

Josh responded quickly and came out to assess our two-story roof. He gave us a clear, detailed explanation of what needed to be done to clean the asphalt shingles and gutters, and remove and treat for moss. He also sealed some cracks and exposed nailheads on the roof to help prevent leaks. His price was fair and followed up in writing for clarity. He confirmed the appointment the night before, arrived on time, completed the work thoroughly, and cleaned up thoroughly. I was impressed that I requested gutter cleaning services and the process was really easy. I heard from Josh within an hour after sending pictures of my house and moss product I wanted used. Josh texted me what the price was and said he could accommodate me today before the coming rains started. He was punctual and accomplished all the work within a reasonable time frame and cleaned up after himself. I definitely would hire again.
