I hired SafeClear Demolition to remove a house on one of our lots in Eugene that had burned and contained asbestos. From the very beginning, they gave me confidence. They explained the entire process clearly, showed all their certifications, and handled everything the right way. Their price wasnt the cheapest, but I chose them because I wanted the job done safely, legally, and correctly and they delivered exactly that.They completed the entire project as quickly as possible and kept everything organized from start to finish. The area was left clean and ready for us to place a new doublewide home, which was very important for the property owner.Im extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. I manage a mobile home park, and I told them I will be calling them for all of our future projects without a doubt.

I needed part of the ceiling in my house removed because it had asbestos, and SafeClear Demolition LLC did a great job. They were quick, honest, and easy to work with. What I appreciated the most was how careful they were. They took extra time to properly seal everything off and make sure the asbestos wouldn't spread to the rest of my house.They explained the process, kept the area clean, and treated my home with respect. Their prices were also better than the other quotes I got. Overall, I'm really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing asbestos removal.

Im very happy with the work SafeClear Demolition did for me. I had a couple of old sheds in my backyard that needed to be removed, and they took care of everything. They cleaned out all the contents inside and demolished the sheds for a very fair and competitive price.The team was organized, fast, and they left the whole area looking very clean. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process for me.I still have one more shed on my property, and Im deciding whether to remove it too. If I do, I will definitely call them again. They did an excellent job.
