Jennifer is great! I love the way she interacts with our dog. She really does a great job and has so much to offer. She mixes up walking with other activities that provide the exercise our pup needs and enjoys. Always flexible and willing to go beyond our expectations. She treats our dog as if she was her own. So happy we found her. We look forward to our appointments and when she leaves our dog goes to the front door and waits for her to come back.

Jennifer is very sweet, professional & knowledgeable. We got scheduled for a meet very quickly & she answered all of our questions & our dogs loved her immediately. She came by & walked our sweet pups at the time she said & treated them with care. She recommended a dog food that her store sells that would work for our dogs meals (they love the food!) & even dropped it off for us. She is great, so if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, professional dog walker, definitely hire her. She goes above & beyond for her clients.

Jenifer was fantastic with our two dogs. She also took the time to come over and do an evaluation for an hour prior to taking on their weekends day. She was aware of my hesitations of ever boarding my animals again and my nervousness she did a great job with keeping me updated on how they were doing and sending me photos! We definitely hope to use Jenifer again in the near future.

Jennifer was very easy to work with. She made notes and followed my requests to the letter. We have a very nervous cat and need a carer to come to the house to feed, water and clean etc. The only thing that I wished she had told me someone else would cover for her one day. We saw the other person on the cameras. So no problem. I would definitely hire Jennifer again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new customers I strongly suggest booking a free meet and greet before you book any service. It’s a great way to get to know your walker/caregiver and we love to meet and bond with new dogs!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently trapped, fostered and then adopted out 3 kittens that I found in Old Town Orange. It took a long time to get them socialized, but we did it!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would find someone who is fully insured, has good reviews/references, and is happy doing the work they do!
