Our air con went out over the "heat wave" weekend. Thankfully we weren't home until the afternoon on the Sunday, but upon entering the house knew immediately that something was wrong. We contacted HVAC&APPLIANCE REPAIR GUYS and they booked us in for the very next morning. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. He talked us through the repair and what he had done and we were very happy with the repair cost, (since we were a bit nervous that this might have been a bigger repair job or even a replacement unit)! We will certainly use these guys again!

We had an issue with our HVAC compressor and needed it repaired urgently. After reaching out to several companies, we found that this one offered the most reasonable quote. They responded very promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician, Vitalii, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain the issue to us in detail. We were impressed with his knowledge and the clarity of his explanations. + Updates since the last review The manager Chris contacted us and offered a remedy to the situation. I would give them another try again and hopefully we will have better luck with a different tech. Either a dishonest or inexperienced shop? Our AC seemed to be running yet not enough cool air came thru. The tech came by very next day checked around the system and also air duck / filter then told us the issue is likely because of low freedom, which would cost us $600 for the refill with no guarantee if it would fix the problem. We specifically asked if it could potentially be because of the dirty filter, yet the tech said nope filter is clean. We didn’t feel comfortable forking over the charge without a second opinion so paid the service fee of $79. 2nd tech came thru from a different shop who happened to be the owner of the 2nd shop. He quickly examined the system and told us there is no issue with Freon level. He went ahead asking about filter status, and we said the tech yesterday told us it’s clean. He still did his due diligence just because. It turned out the filter was no way could be considered clean in any sort of form. Glad we dodged a scam or unnecessary charge for something that seems so obvious to fix!

We contacted this pro because our refrigerator wasn't working quite right. The company was quick to respond and was able to offer an onsight evaluation the next day. Mykola was our technician and while he couldn't repair it the same day, he juggled his schedule around to fit us in the next day. Mykola took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with it and came back the next day as promised to fully repair our refrigerator. We felt the cost was fair - and was far less than buying a new refrigerator! I wouldn't hesitate to use this pro for your appliance repair. If we ever need another appliance repaired, we'll call them first!
