Sam was a consummate professional taking care of us over two separate appointments. He even suggested solutions for one of our projects that better suited our needs. He was punctual, very courteous and willing to work with us scheduling the work even on a weekend day. He was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting and fixing my self-created mess on the latest project I tried taking care of myself.
