What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. It depends on the projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a meeting over the phone. Once we establish the project and necessary information, we move on to a physical meeting. At the meeting I will review the project with client. Then give a time frame for completion. Follow up meeting to deliver the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degree in Clothing and Textiles from SIU-C MA Degree in Art Theories and Practices from AU 25 years experience in the Apparel Industry working domestic and off-shore in factories.
