Andy just completed the first phase of what quickly became a two phase project due to owner error. (I miscalculated headroom clearance from the elevated sliding door step down to patio. Ugh.) He didn't miss a beat, offering a few options for fixing the problem at a reasonable cost. Despite having several other larger projects in progress/starting, he agreed to work me into his schedule for two more site visits to complete what was supposed to be a simple gazebo assembly and installation. Great communication, flexibility, and nearly 30 years of construction experience. Andy is a true professional who I will use again and highly recommend to others.

Andy worked with me on repairing a shower leak that two other people failed to repair. He told me that he would make sure the leak was fixed before he would accept payment because of the frustraions I went through with others.
