I really appreciate the work that I had done from them and a while back I needed to get a new panel and an EV charger put in for my car in the garage. These guys were not the fastest to respond to me but I have since learned probably it doesn’t matter about who responds the quickest but who can actually do the work and it might be a sign that they’re busy doing quality work.
I had one person before Wilson River and I won’t get into that here but I thought I was going to do this job for a lot less money but honestly you have to pay for quality work and I realize a less reputable electrician was not able to do the work and they really came in and took charge of the project. They told me that the materials the other person bought were not going to do the job and honestly gave me a legitimate bid and I felt that they had more of a good background and license.
Through no fault of their own I bought an EV charger that had something defective in it and honestly and when it failed, I felt a lot of confidence in them and reached out to them and they came and installed the new one for me and I would definitely reach out if I needed some help again on anything electrical.
They also helped me with relocating a couple switches that I had furniture that was too tall and it covered them so I really appreciated that too.
All I know is that I have a lot of confidence in them and I appreciate their work. Thanks!! I’m happy to charge my new car and have the switches where I need them and redoing the panel made our whole house safer. Thank you for all the tips on the electrical inspection and everything.

Our experience with Wilson River Electric was fantastic. He was on time and finished our project quickly and efficiently. He was patient with our dogs, who are slightly over reactive and bark a lot although they don't bite.
He redid some electrical work the previous owner of our house had tried to cobble together and ran a new 50A outlet for my mom's RV.
Really, to be honest, I was just doing a job till I figured out what I wanted to major in at college. Then all of the sudden 13 years went by, I kept working and learning. So I guess the short answer is, it kept my interest.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently went to Astoria and wired up an Rv outlet. The outlet was 150’ away from panel and it needed some exterior pvc work and attic work. It took 1 day to do the job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a detailed description of what the electrician is going to do. Verify he has the license to do the work. CCB and BCD
