I've been in the construction field since I was teenager, even when it was not the career in mind, it was clear I had a strong attention to detail, an aptitude for planning and organization but most of all passion to learn. Eventually I would settle on building as my career and thats when I began looking for master tradesmen all over the country to work under, sometimes for a single project, sometimes for years, it took a certain kind of mentor to keep my curiosity peaked for any length of time. After usually working for myself for over a decade, I stepped up and into a full contracting company in 2025 in Marcola after I felt the rat race that is Portland didn't have much left to teach me and it was time to set out on my own. Specializing in high end remodels, I've built a reputation for my tile work, adaptability for difficult projects and long term trust, with several repeat clients for over 10 years now.

If you want a smart GC, Cody with Yeti is your person. He’s smart, friendly and responsive. He can work with architects and clients. He knows what he knows, and he understands when something is out of his lane. However that is not to say Cody is unwilling to learn and grow because there’s always a new challenge and new experiences. He can roll with the punches, extremely adaptable. He’s insightful. And look take this however you like…my dad’s an architect and an old school builder, and he thinks Cody is top shelf. You won’t go wrong with him.

The biggest two were having him fix extensive water damage to the new house a I bought and a full kitchen remodel with quartz counters, cabinet staining, the works. Cody rebuilt my stairs leading down to the water, 1/2 of them washed away this winter and the other 1/2 just weren't safe anymore. He made new wood stairs along with some concrete stairs added railings and added a nice platform. Everything is now so stout and stable, I can really enjoy the water with my dogs much easier and much safer than they have ever been! Thank you Cody and thank you for the idea of the platform!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a new member of the greater Eugene area, my prices are very competitive. I don't mark up material because I am very flexible on final products. Some clients love to shop on their own for various things, I try to accommodate that as best I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to me to see the project and meet new clients in person. After I can set up a formal bid to run the project I will send out the estimate. A deposit is required to start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started getting certificates in 2005 from hardwood flooring manufactures such as Bruce and Armstrong. I've consistently taken opportunities since then from more manufactures in all fields to receive education on their products. Staying up to date on products remains important to me because it directly affects both the clients and my own bottom lines. I've held licensing for water and mold remediation as well.
