Contacted David on a Saturday. He was extremely flexible in accommodating my schedule and came out the same day! He made quick work of removing an old mailbox and installing a new one with a new post on concrete. Just a really nice guy, reasonable pricing and did a great job!

I will start by saying, if there was a way to give more than 5 stars in a review I would do it. First off, David had a very fast response time with his initial bid. He gave me a complete quote within 30 minutes of sending the total scope of work and dimensions for the project. The overall project was a large job - replacing 190 linear square feet of fence with three gates. David’s estimates on the materials needed were right on target. He completed all of the demo and coordinated waste disposal and delivery of all materials, so there was no extra work needed on my part. Our fence has a lot of unique angles and grade changes throughout, but David carefully calculated and sketched everything out before-hand and used string lines to make sure everything was up to code, level, and uniform. David’s business is called ‘Custom Works’. And he lives up to the name. As you can see from the pictures of the final product, David applied superior craftsmanship and paid attention to all of the finer details with the project. He designed and built a ‘good neighbor style’ fence using Japanese cedar, and our family and my neighbors couldn’t be happier. It looks like a well-crafted custom build fence that will last 25+ years, because that is exactly how he built it. He dug extra-deep post holes for the concrete so the posts would be solid, and used three support runners all the way around. David’s craftsmanship speaks for itself. The last thing I will say is, that David built our fence in the middle of winter and showed up and worked hard through driving rain and even snow. His work ethic and the quality of the finished project, truly separate him from other people who may bid on jobs. If you are looking for some to pay attention to detail and to complete a project that you will be proud of, David is the right man for the job.

David was punctual, he hanged the lights per my instructions. He had the equipment and experience to safely maneuver while on our pitched roof and came back to remove the lights in January.
