- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spending some time getting familiar! Phone call, zoom or a cup of coffee beforehand. Seeing if I’m the right fit for you and my team can properly accommodate your vision. It’s priority that we feel good and want to work together. Specifically you feel comfortable with me and can trust me. I want you and your partner to have no worries when it comes to such an important day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the hospitality business for over a decade. I’ve graduated culinary school and worked the line for years. Bartending and serving is also in my background.
