Hello, I am already so very interested in your wedding details and creating a plan that will make your special day seamless. I enjoy the process and understanding how I can assist to create the most magic for you and yours. This is a day of celebration and loved ones, you shouldn’t have to work or worry, that’s where I come in. I will help you design a detailed timeline and prepare a strategy of execution where you will have a wedding to focus on the important stuff, celebrating! I am experienced working with various vendors, venues, large/intimate sized guest counts and can navigate it all for you. I hope to make your acquaintance and discuss your exciting vision and ideas. We hired Brit with Monteleone Wedding Coordinating, and she was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, her communication was thorough, incredibly responsive, and always easygoing. She was accessible whenever we needed her and consistently happy to help with even the smallest questions. On the day of our event, Brit went above and beyond in every way. No ask was too big — she handled anything and everything we requested and even anticipated needs before we realized them. One moment that especially stood out was when she brought us hot plates of food during the reception and later replaced them when they cooled because we were too distracted to eat. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. She stayed organized, calm, and fully in control of the timeline, and she completed every single thing she promised. We also had an issue with our photographer showing up late, leaving early, and missing many key shots. Brit immediately stepped in, coordinated with the photographer, and made sure the important photos were taken. She truly saved the day. Because of Brit, we got to relax, enjoy our wedding, and feel completely stress-free. It was the best night of our lives, and we owe so much of that to her incredible work and dedication. We would recommend Brit and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating to absolutely anyone. We interviewed five wedding coordinators and we are so happy we went with Brit!! She is exceptional at what she does, and we’re so grateful she was a part of our day. Her husband played an integral role as well - such a fantastic team. We love you, Brit!!!

We had Brit as a day of coordinator for a 60 person DIY wedding in my parents backyard. She was worth her weight in gold, truly. So nice and fun to work with, great suggestions, and just handled everything the day of. I didn’t have to lift a finger, just enjoyed getting ready. I really can’t overstate how vital she was and how amazing she was. And I also appreciate her ability to help with timeline planning leading up to the wedding as I am NOT a good planner or detail oriented at all.

We hired Brit's company for day-of wedding coordination. She was responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding day; she knew the right details to make sure were nailed down, and went the extra mile in doing a physical walkthrough of the venue -- on top of two verbal walkthroughs of our run of show -- ahead of time. Her colleague, Kelsey, was the actual day-of coordinator. She stayed on top of the details and was quick to respond to issues that arose. Overall, they definitely know what they're doing and executed it expertly. Brit also was very sweet and left us a congrats gift at the front desk for when we arrived. :)

Brit was amazing as our day of coordinator for our wedding! Leading up to the wedding she was always available for any questions we had, always responding within a timely manner. On the day of she made sure we weren’t bothered unless it was an emergency. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She even had an emergency sewing kit for when my sister’s dress broke. Her timeline she created for the day of was thorough and created well in advance so we could talk about and make changes to it! I would recommend Brit to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Brit & Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was an absolute gem to work with. We brought her on for month-of / day-of coordination for our wedding, but she delivered far beyond that. She’s very thoughtful & intentional with the way she works, keeping every detail in mind, no matter how big or small. She did a wonderful job checking in with us in the months leading up to make sure we had everything we needed & always offered help wherever she could. On the day of our wedding, she came with an assistant (aka husband, Mike, who is a literal lifesaver!) and they both made the entire day run seamlessly. As an incredibly type A person/bride, I wanted to know about every little thing that was going on, but she made sure to leave me out of any issues (even ones that involved an injury and 911…) & got things handled with the folks we left in charge. All in all, it was a perfect day and we have Brit & Mike to thank for a lot of it. Thank you so much to the both of you! What a dream team.
