My recliner had several discolored spots due to the dog lying on it before the flea treatment (Advantage) was dry. After being reimbursed by the Bayer company, makers of Advantage, Ray came to our home and within an hour had completely restored the damaged areas to their natural color. Prior to watching this amazing process I wouldn't have believed it possible to restore the color so perfectly. I highly recommend using Ray's leather repair!

Very enjoyable experience! Technician was a joy to have in our home and seemed to genuinely care about making the best possible repair to our furniture.

Ray Reimer

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ray went through an apprenticeship program over 20 years ago. He learned from on of the best mentors, that is internationally recognized. He know passes the same training on, & is just as passionate about solving customers problems as he was when he first started.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all leather repair technitions are the same. Make sure you have seen their portfolio or previous work! What kind of reputation do they have? Do they work for any retailers or manufacturers directly? If the technition is talented there may be a waiting list. You may pay a little more for the job to be done right the first time!
