We had an excellent experience with David and Jaxson from Harris Restoration. After our toddler poured water out of the upstairs bathand we discovered it coming out through a heating vent downstairswe were understandably stressed and worried about potential water damage.David and Jaxson came out promptly and were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their inspection. What really stood out, though, was their kindness and calm demeanor. They took the time to explain what they were checking, answered all of our questions without rushing, and left us feeling reassured.Its rare to find service professionals who are not only skilled, but also so kind and personable.
