About
I'm told by my customers that I bring a lot of information and ideas to each project. I'm as interested in creating a project that can be appreciated by the customer as well as myself. I think this insures that the customer is happier as they get to see their styles and colors come together with professional results.
I enjoy creating and building art that's both fuctional and artisticly pleasing to the eye. I like it when my customers are happy with the finish product. I like knowing that all my projects are done properly and will last for years and years beyond what the average handyman could accomplish because of superior knowledge and understanding of time tested installation methods and having an artistic eye. I want to please myself and the customer with the end result of the project.

Did a great job we have a couple little things we needed last minute to sell our house. Adam jumped right in to help us the next day. There was a little mishap and he came right back over to fix it. Honest and hard working thanks again.

Adam was fantastic. The job he did for us was to replace the floor in a shower. Because of the danger in causing leaks in the pan, he had to grind down the river rock we had and then lay new tile over it. Adam helped guide us with a great choice in tile and helped us work around a choice we had originally made with tile that would not work. The cost was exactly as he bid it. No surprises. He gave us pluses and minuses in how we chose to attack our problem and gave us realist choices. Adam came when he said he would and worked long hard hrs to limit the number of days we were without that shower. He also fixed a travertine step in another part of the house with no charge. I would not hesitate to call Adam if we have any other problems in our house with tile. We have about 1300 sq ft of travertine in our house and I would trust Adam with any and all future work needed. Thanks man!

I hired Utopia to fix our DIY tile floors. I am happy to report that Adam was the answer to our mess up. His price was reasonable and he was prompt to my questions via text. I highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard price for installations but rather a project minimum. This is calculated by an industry standard in pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm an artistic person. I enjoy everything artistic. When I first saw a stone called travertine installed onto a concrete floor I fthought it looked amazing. Oh how it transformed the entire home! I never seen anything look so elegant and unique, because each stone had movement in it that wasn't duplicated on any of the other tiles. Like fingerprints, no two fingerprints are alike. It was then that I knew, I wanted to learn everything possible about installing tile.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Generally, the typical customer is a homeowner that wants to remodel a bathroom or update the look of an area of their home. I find that the quality of my work is more appreciated than by builders and general contractors who only need work done at the "best price".
