What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $85 per hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone about the project. Then I come see the site and write up a time and material estimate. Once we agree on the scope of the project, I collect material costs and do my order. Once the material is delivered, I get to work. Total cost of the project is due upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union and non-union experience. Residential and commercial. I’ve been boots on the ground and I’ve run crews. I know all aspects of the trade.
