Masonry & Finish Carpentry Specialist I specialize in natural stonework, fireplaces, patios, as well as detailed finish carpentry. For over 20 years I’ve been building projects that are meant to last - clean lines, solid structure, and craftsmanship you notice every day. I’m continuing the work of Creative Design Masonry, a family company serving this area since the late 1990s. We had Todd build two 7 feet tall custom brick columns for a large driveway entry gate. He was very quick to respond, frequently stayed in touch, and did outstanding work. We’re very happy with the quality and craftsmanship and he’ll definitely be the first person we call in the future when we need similar work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75 per hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone about the project. Then I come see the site and write up a time and material estimate. Once we agree on the scope of the project, I collect material costs and do my order. Once the material is delivered, I get to work. Total cost of the project is due upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union and non-union experience. Residential and commercial. I’ve been boots on the ground and I’ve run crews. I know all aspects of the trade.
