I am not sure if Gary, who I spoke is the owner or salesman, but he was very responsive, and when my husband had questions he was johnny on the spot, and he was realistic about what we should expect especially in one of our building's area. I appreciated that he wasnt tryig to just sell. When they were done, we were so excited to have the results we had. We are having a wedding at end of month and now we feel that we can really entertain proudly.
