They’ve done everything from full flooring installs to helping bring older properties back to life. A lot of my rentals have needed serious work, and they always show up ready to handle the job professionally and efficiently. The workmanship is solid, the floors look great, and they pay attention to the details that most companies overlook.
One thing I appreciate most is their communication and reliability. They show up when they say they will, keep the project moving, and are straightforward throughout the entire process. No excuses, no disappearing halfway through a job, and no cutting corners. That alone separates them from a lot of contractors out there.
They’ve worked on both investment properties and my personal house, which says a lot because I don’t trust many people with my own home. Whether it was vinyl plank, repairs, transitions, trim work, or full floor replacements, the finished product always came out clean and professional.
Their pricing has also been fair, especially considering the quality of work and the headaches they save me. As someone who manages multiple properties and projects, having dependable flooring guys makes a huge difference.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring work done, whether it’s a rental, remodel, flip, or personal residence. Good people, hardworking crew, and quality work you can count on.
