Mack Schricker | Property Developer & Network Specialist. ​For the last six years, I have proudly called the Southern Oregon Coast home, bringing with me a lifetime of hands-on experience that began on my family’s 120-acre ranch. I had the unique privilege of learning the industry from both sides of the blueprint: I worked alongside my grandfather—an architect and engineer—to design and draft the plans for a specialty equestrian subdivision. Then, I worked equally with my father—a contractor—to physically develop and build it. ​Together, we transformed that land into a community of five-acre horse properties, complete with indoor and outdoor arenas, custom energy-efficient solar homes, and a network of riding trails connecting every lot. ​I applied that "design-build" DNA to my own projects in Colorado, where I acted as the owner-builder for a multi-family fourplex. I purchased the bare lot, personally designed and drafted the blueprints, and served as the General Contractor to bring the project to life. ​Now established in Coos Bay, I combine that construction reality with a B.S. in Network Communications Management and the discipline of Army service. I founded my company because I care about the people I work with, and I love solving problems in a practical way that truly meets their needs. I would love to help you with your project.
