FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Prices work on a sliding scale, the more sessions you commit to, the less they cost. The most expensive set starting at $60 a session(usually if I have to travel) and the lowest costing $30. I do require a 12 week commitment, for various reasons. The foremost reason being that any progress towards goals need time. You can do anything for 12 weeks, right?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, new clients and I get to know each other. We focus mainly on discussion of the clients goals and timeline, to determine an approach that will set us up for success. I also have a form for them to fill out that has questions about lifestyle, health history, preferences of exercise and eating, and goal setting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science, with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, along with further education in fitness for our more experienced population of 60+ years old. I'm always focused on staying up to date with the latest research and newest trainings.
