Introduction: I teach group and one-on-one yoga along with private personal training. I help clients find a workout routine that works best for their lifestyle. My focus in yoga is a hatha-based vinyasa flow; it's a little more fast paced but focused on form and alignment. I have a wide variety of skills and experience to help clients reach their goals and have a great time doing it! I'm also a nutritionist and can help with meal planning, prepping and the ins and outs of healthy eating.
