AC broke down on hot day. Gave these folks a quick call, talked with a fantastic person on the phone and they were quick to find someone who could come out to see my AC asap. If you want the lowest price, this is your team. I had a mini split installed and from day one the condensation pump was noisy. But Jason wouldn’t come out and check out the problem. I had to fix it myself. I asked him for help and he said he would, yet wouldn’t follow up. All the while the condensation pump would wake us up in the middle of the night in the summer. Finally figured out that the drain hose had a kink in it. Definitely would have been something Jason could have figured out a lot faster than me. But I had to fix their shoddy work.

Jason & Adam were very responsive to our needs for a new furnace and air conditioner. They responded the same day and were able to give us a quote onsite (no delays). They were able to give us an exact date of install and even though their were issues from the previous install they kept to their quote.
