Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a versatile trial attorney with more than seven years of criminal litigation expertise, including nearly five years as a lawyer. I am licensed in Oregon only. I am a focused and articulate professional who thrives in a courtroom setting, with a proven ability to analyze statutes, ordinances, case law, and factual data logically and effectively. I defended a client accused of stealing a pair of shoes from a local store. An unknown individual walked into the store, removed his shoes, and placed them in the box after putting the new size 8 shoes on his feet. My client wears a size 11. The DDA dismissed this case after I told her, “If the shoes don’t fit, you must acquit.” Consultation fee: $150

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge flat rates for cases. That rate is based on the complexity and location of your case.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Pre-covid, my clients would come into my office to talk about their case and any other pertinent things about their lives. The initial visit lasts around an hour.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2016. Law is a practice. It is ever evolving. We say we are practicing because every day is an opportunity to learn something new.
