Mike replaced a hose bib that was cracked. He did a good job and my only complaint would be that his pricing changed from one conversation to another. (Maybe he forgot what he told me) I would have been more concerned if it wasn't covered by insurance.
I was going to have him replace 3 other hose bibs but he informed me that they were already the frost proof type so I'm glad he was honest that it would be unnecessary.

I hired Mike to rebuild two toilets that were constantly leaking water from the tank into the bowl. Mike was polite, professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure to explain what he did and let me know what other problems may occur with our (very cheap) fixtures in the future and what we could do to prevent those problems.
Review would be five stars except for the fact that he was about 20 minutes late and didn't call to let me know.
