Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I train strongly in Olympic weight lifting. Great if you want to get stronger or lose some weight along with the right nutrition. Your always doing legs right when its a struggle to walk down the stairs. I also believe in proper nutrition the few people who lift won't eat properly afterwards. Helping people out and seeing them get passionate about what I am.
